Hopkins Homes is inviting house-hunters to snap up the first available homes at their brand new Barsham Vale development in Beccles.

In this initial phase, properties on offer at Barsham Vale (NR34 9YU) include two and three bedroom coach houses, semi and link-detached and detached homes.

The sales office at the Suffolk development is now open, strictly by appointment only, from Thursday to Monday, 10am to 5pm. The opening gives house hunters the chance to reserve off plan the first plots to be released.

The launch last weekend attracted a number of potential buyers who were able to view the plans for the development and the properties, which are available from just £210,000. Both a fully furnished, expertly designed showhome and view home will be available to view in the early summer.

Monika Hanlon, Group Sales and Marketing Director at Hopkins Homes, said: “We were thrilled to welcome so many potential home buyers to Beccles for a closer look at our plans for the development. On top of this, it was excellent to see so many of these visitors able to reserve their brand new home.

“At Hopkins Homes, we pride ourselves in designing and constructing properties that complement and enrich the surrounding towns and villages and Barsham Vale will be no exception. Each property also currently allows you to personalise your dream home, with your choice of kitchen cupboards and worktops.

“If you would like to see Barsham Vale for yourself please head to our website to book an appointment. Our expert sales team will then be on hand to help guide you through everything you need to know, right from your first enquiry through to completion day.”
In line with the latest Government guidance, Hopkins Homes’ sales cabins, showhomes and marketing suites are Covid-secure environments.

During appointments, sales consultants can offer advice on buying options including the current Government-backed Help To Buy scheme for first time buyers and other schemes like Part Exchange and MoveEasy for those looking to make their next move.

Around every corner you will find quirky, independent shops, restaurants and cafes, including a wide range of facilities such as a post office, library, pharmacy and even a twice a year antiques street market.

There is an easy commute from Beccles to Norwich train station which is only a half-hour drive away, linking you to London Liverpool Street, while the nearby A12 offers excellent road links throughout the region.
