Three people charged with burglary following iPhone theft

Police have charged three people in connection with a burglary in Lowestoft.

It follows an incident in the town where a resident reported three suspects entering her property via on Victoria Terrace at about 8.50pm on Sunday 5th July and stealing her iPhone.

Officers attended and following police enquiries made three arrests early on Monday morning. All three were taken to Great Yarmouth Police Investigation Centre for questioning.

Three males were charged with burglary. They are: 31 year old Andrew Reilly of Notley Road in Lowestoft; 32 year old Shinda Lee from Lowestoft but of no fixed abode and 34 year old Stephen Lee of Melbourne Road in Lowestoft.

They all appeared before Ipswich Magistrates Court yesterday, Tuesday 7th July. Stephen Lee was released on bail and to appear before Ipswich Crown Court on Tuesday 4 August. Andrew Reilly and Shina Lee were remanded in custody to appear before Ipswich Crown Court on Tuesday 4th August.
