Weavers’ House Spa, located in the Swan at Lavenham, is re-opening on Saturday 1st August with a new ‘Re-invention Treatment Menu’ and special hygiene measures in place to ensure guests can enjoy a safe and peaceful haven.
Beginning with a hand cleansing ritual, treatments have been carefully curated balancing guests wellbeing with what the therapists can perform whilst ensuring they adhere to Government guidelines. All treatments will be 90 minutes long reducing and controlling the number of guests in the boutique spa at any one time.
The six body treatments are all priced at £100 and are ideal for those who are feeling overwhelmed by lockdown and need a dose of TLC.
Recovery is a comforting aroma-therapeutic treat beginning with gentle palm pressures over the back of the body, stretching and pressure points. A soothing foot, neck, back and shoulder massage helps release tension finishing with a tranquil scalp massage.
Repair includes an express manicure and express pedicure followed by a knot soothing back massage, or book Renew and select a manicure or pedicure plus either an upper body massage, foot and leg reviver or hand and arm massage. Revive combines a sugar scrub to slough away tired skin with an aromatherapy massage leaving you super smooth.
Restore wellbeing with your choice of full body massage; Relax-Ology balances aromatherapy infusion with medium pressure; Knotted-Up is a deeper pressure stress busting massage to iron out the knots, while Sleep-Well uses long, soothing lavender strokes to induce a good night’s sleep and some heavy relaxation. Or boost your circulatory system with Reboot, an energising glutes and thigh massage, intensive back treatment and an invigorating scalp massage.
Weavers’ selection of individually priced facials have also been packaged into 90 minute treats. At £100, Refine is a bespoke treatment for those who aren’t quite sure what their skin needs, but know it requires professional attention post lockdown. Repose will transport your to tranquillity with Temple Spa’s Repose or Totally Quenched and Drenched combined with a soothing massage. Bliss at £115.
Consultations and health assessments will take place by email and telephone 24 hours prior to arriving at the spa plus additional pre-treatment checks to ensure your comfort and safety. Thirty minute slots will now be bookable in the outdoor vitality pool with a maximum of two people but the sauna and steam remain closed until further notice. Use of the post-treatment relaxation lounge will also be limited to 30 minutes.
Other measures include a one way-system, only two people permitted in the changing rooms at any one time, hand sanitiser stations and even deeper cleaning of treatment rooms. Front of house folk will be wearing masks and your therapist will be wearing a full-face visor. All payments will be taken in advance by card.
