Police can confirm a man has died following a road traffic collision on the A1017 at Haverhill on Thursday.
Officers were called shortly before 10.30pm on Thursday 19th August, following reports of a collision involving a red Hyundai Getz and a pedestrian.
The pedestrian, a man aged in his 40s, was taken to Addenbrooke’s Hospital, where he sadly died on Sunday 22nd August as a result of the injuries he sustained.
Officers are appealing for any witnesses to the collision to come forward, along with anyone driving in the area prior to the incident who has a dashcam in their vehicle.
